IslandBook is our booking and operations platform for tourism operators in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. It handles availability, online payments, confirmation emails, and day-to-day booking management for rentals, charters, tours, and activities.
Most platforms expect your business to fit their template. IslandBook works the other way. If your operation needs something specific, we build it into the system for you, whether that is fleet tracking, resident rates, multi-day trips, or something no other platform offers. We configure those workflows as part of the implementation.

IslandBook is a booking and operations platform for tourism businesses in the Caribbean. It supports ferries, charters, rentals, and tours, with online booking, availability, payments, and operator dashboards. Each implementation uses the operator's own branding and is configured for the way the business runs.
Rachael's Rentals
Rachael's Rentals uses IslandBook to manage golf cart reservations on Water Island. We replaced its previous rental platform with online booking, per-vehicle availability, and a dashboard for pickups, returns, and maintenance. Confirmation emails now come from the company's own domain.
